Allthough active development of mirkes.de Tiny Hexer has stopped i asked the author of Tiny Hexer named Markus Stephany if i was allowed to supply the last version (v1.8.1.6) of this freeware hex editor as a precompiled U3 aware package on my blog. As you understand reading this, he gave permission to post this usefull freeware hex editor.

Tiny Hexer description
Tiny hexer is a free of charge hex editor for binary files. It will allow you to edit multiple files (mdi), sectors of disks and other data media (disk editor) and modifiy virtual memory of other processes. tiny hexer is scriptable, lets you view data structures in a special browser in human readable format and has a plugin interface for third party extensions.
